We recognize that our plumbers and builders are the most efficient and productive when they can remain at the job site, or at least source materials they need quickly.
Wilkinson took a first step toward expediting the ordering and pickup process at our retail locations in 2016 by reducing FastTrack wait time to just 10 minutes. For those of you unfamiliar with our FastTrack service, it is simply a free service we offer our customers who like to call in an order and have it ready and waiting when they arrive. You arrive, come inside our warehouse, locate your order using the indicated display screens, sign the order slip, and go on your way.
This year, we're going a step further.
Introducing FastTrack Curbside
FastTrack Curbside takes our pickup service right to the curb. When customers arrive, they can simply back their vehicle up to the FastTrack Curbside dock (where their order will be staged and waiting — again in under 10 minutes), load their order into their vehicle and drive away.
Customers don't have to come inside, they don't have to interact with anyone and they don't have to spend time filling out paperwork. Pull up. Load up. Done. It's that simple.
Less time spent waiting on an order and jumping through hoops means our customers get back to the job site as quickly as possible.
FastTrack Curbside is just the first of many new services we'll be launching this year, each of which is focused on saving our customers time.
